Here are the highlights:
- We strive to answer your questions as accurately and effectively as possible.
- We record, store and process all chats to improve our services.
- Qualified is our third party service provider that helps us improve our chatbot.
- This means Qualified only processes personal data you may provide in the chat according to our instructions and not for their own use.
- Non-personal data, such as questions that do not include your name, email or other contact information, may also be recorded and processed by Qualified.
- For example, if you ask our AI chatbot Addie, “Do you offer a free trial?” that data is recorded, stored and shared with Qualified.
- Qualified uses data like this, as well as anonymized and de-identified personal data, to help AdRoll improve the chatbot.
- AdRol’s efforts to “improve our services” includes things like:
- conducting analytics on the types of questions submitted and what appears to be the best responses
- recording and processing personal information (if provided) so we can get in touch with you pursuant to applicable law (e.g., an email with unsubscribe)
