You must want to know about our data collection practices with our chatbot (which are also detailed in our website privacy notice):

Here are the highlights:

  • We train our AI Assistant on information about our services and products in order to answer your questions as accurately and effectively as possible.
  • Qualified is our third party service provider.
  • This means Qualified only processes personal data you may provide in the chat according to our instructions and not for their own use.
  • Non-personal data, such as questions that do not include your name, email or other contact information, are also recorded and processed by Qualified.
    • For example, if you ask our AI chatbot Addie, “Do you offer a free trial?” that data is recorded, stored and shared with Qualified.
    • Qualified uses data like this, as well as anonymized and de-identified personal data, to train its AI models and help its’ customers, including AdRoll, improve their AI chat services to effectively and efficiently provide you relevant information.
  • AdRoll monitors all data (personal and otherwise) to improve its chatbot, conduct analytics, and strive to improve its services to prospective customers (and existing and returning customers).
  • Don’t prefer bots? No problem! You can book a meeting with us or send us an email directly at: community@adroll.com. Please note that when you book a meeting with us, the information you provide will be stored in Salesforce.
